Trans Prom

Firebrand members were co-founders and organizers of the Trans Prom, which took place in May of 2023 outside the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C. They worked in coalition with a committee of youth organizers ranging from 12 to 15 years old. The Trans Prom addressed the widespread bans on access to care sweeping across the U.S., but the core of this action was rooted in joy as we celebrated all aspects of transness.
